9 - 11 February 2020

The 3rd Overseas Case Study Program (OCS) in 2020 was held from 9 - 11 February 2020 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A total of 12 students from the Diploma degree study program in Hotel Services visited UCSI University Malaysia Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management and attended a presentation on Campus Profile by Asst. Prof. Hanafi Bin Hamzah, the Head of Department (Hospitality and Culinary Arts). The campus visit was followed by a campus facilities tour: the Front Office lab, the Executive Restaurant lab, the kitchen lab, and other supporting class facilities.
