Culinary Exchange Program Between STIPRAM Institute of Tourism Yogyakarta & GSD College Buitrago Madrid
Welcome students from Gredos San Diego Buitrago Madrid Spain for the Culinary Exchange Program. This is the second year for this program held between STIPRAM Institute of Tourism Yogyakarta and GSD College Buitrago Madrid.
This year, four students: Carlos, Felipe, Rocio and Alexandro will join the Indonesia traditional cooking course and followed by Internship at a five star hotel in Yogyakarta.
They will learn to cook rendang, rawon, soto, sate, gado-gado and other Indonesian traditional dishes. And in exchange, they will teach how to cook paella and teach Spanish language to STIPRAM students.
